Do you think we will see that “Made in the USA” sticker on a majority of our products ever again.?
Back before China came along a lot of everyday products where made in the USA like appliances furniture, toys, etc. and these products lasted forever. My mom has a Mixer from the 60′s and it still works, the refrigerator in the house is from the 80′s, and most of the appliances and furniture in my house are like that. Most of the older products seem sturdier and outlast the newer products that are “Made in China” today. Do you ever think we’ll see most of the products we buy ever made in the USA again.
Do you go to a grocery store? Yeah, pretty much ALL of that is still “made in the U.S.” As are most personal-care products, medical supplies, some furniture, and books and paper products. There are many more.
Other items are still made in America, but are hard and sometimes impossible to find. Shop locally at farmers’ markets and you’ll find many things made right next door to you, or search them out online.
