what kind of tradesman would i call for a refrigerator problem?
i know it’s not an electrician or a plumber….
ice buildup, water at the bottom, food going off quite quickly. i think the fridge may be puckerooed

I really would like to have model. anyways, with out it heres a guess. the defrost drain is clogged, now after many cycles of defrost the water has backed up and refreezes on the floor of the freezer. you need to clear the drain, I’m think you got a top mount freezer. so the ice has covered the vents to the fresh food section. causing you to have a warm compartment. The refrigerator can be fixed quite easily. with a model number I can enlighten you further.
