The coils on my refrigerator are frozen. What’s my best bet?
GE Hotpoint CSX25GR CSX22GR CST25GR: The coils are iced up causing the unit to run warm. I’ve cleaned under and behind the appliance. Door seal is fine and the thermostats are turned all the way up. The motor/compressor seem to be running constantly. I hear it could be the defrost timer, heater or thermostat. I don’t have anything to test the individual parts, and wouldn’t know how to if I did.What is the most likely issue from here and can I do it?
There might be an air leak in the cabinet other than the door seal. Moisture is entering somewhere. Do some detective work.
