Marinaded chicken was put in our freezer without being wrapped-should I cook it or just throw it out?
I marinaded chicken yesterday in Rosemary, Soy Sauce, and Apple Vinegar. I asked my husband to store our marinaded chicken in the freezer, and instead of wrapping it or putting it in a container, he just put it in the same glass 9×13 pan it was sitting in and I didn´t check it last night to see what he had done.
I’m laughing about this today, but should I go ahead and defrost it in the refrigerator or throw it out and tell him the marinade was bad. In two days I would tell him how to store food in the freezer.
